The Chakras are wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine. These swirling wheels of energy correspond to massive nerve centers in the body. Each of the seven main chakras contains bundles of nerves and major organs as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. If there is a blockage, energy cannot flow.
During this 75 minute workshop I will give You the tools and information to understand the energy centers and how to work with them through your daily life, using the essential oils and yoga posses as tools to assist the work to balance them and open them so the energy flows and You can always have a happy healthy body!
This is a All Level Class. Please dress comfortable and make sure to arrive early and to bring all your friends with you!

After putting in major cycling miles, your body needs serious relief. But don’t worry, yoga has your back … and legs and hips. This class is a great follow-up for your ride, but you can also use it as a pre-bike stretch—or a mid-ride break.
A perfect morning & evening routine:If you cannot ride from your home, park your car in the large Canyons parking lot near Hwy 224 (bring your bike), then ride your bike to the studio. Lock it on the bike stand outside the Marketplace & enter into the Elk Lodge. Take an awesome yoga class @ Yoga Kula Project. We promise to stretch out your quads & glutes during class. It takes about 6-12 minutes to go up, and about 2 minutes down!
