Meditation, Breathing and Reiki are Effective Healing Methods
The combination of Meditation, Breathing & Reiki can be used for many ailments like reducing stress, relieving pain, headaches, back problems, anxiety and many more. There is no belief system attached to these methods so anyone can receive a treatment. You relax, fully clothed, on a mat and there is no pressure on the body making it ideal for treating all ages and conditions. These sessions last anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on the treatment required. After bringing you into a meditative state, the Reiki energy flows wherever it is required and can normally be felt as a warm sensation in the body. The last part of the session includes Thoracic Breathing, which energizes the body/mind and prepares you for the day!
