Single & Group Private Classes:
A one-on-one Private Yoga session with one of Yoga Kula Project’s excellent staff is the perfect way to take your yoga practice to the next level. Whether you are a beginner with many questions, a seasoned veteran looking to refine your practice or just someone who wants individually tailored expert advice a Private Yoga lesson is immensely helpful. Sometimes we just need a little more attention and care and a Private Yoga session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs, questions or injuries. Private Yoga lessons are a powerful tool that allows you to see deeper insights, go deeper into your practice and relieve stress from a long day.
You have a choice of a heated private or no heat!
Group privates are a fun way to connect with family and friends. Whether it’s “Ladies Night Out,” or an extended family gathering, group yoga is a great way to spend quality time together.
Private Yoga sessions can be scheduled in the privacy of your home or hotel room, or can be held at our studio and are taught by our highly trained staff in a friendly, simple and professional manner.
Review: Whereas most people come to Canyons for skiing, I am indulging myself in hot Pilates, yoga, Thai yoga massage and other wondrous combinations at Yoga Kula Project. This has been my Utah haven for the past 8 years of annual December visits from Manhattan. Between my many travels (where I always seek out yoga classes) and my home in the heart of Greenwich Village (where if you throw a rock you hit a yoga studio), I have to say that Trudee (owner and teacher) has established a top-notch studio that is practical, spiritual, beginner- and advanced-friendly…not easy to do! She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy, yoga, Pilates and meditation, and just a gem of a person. I only wish I could spend more time there…or bring her back with me!
Prenatal Private Classes:
Private prenatal yoga & meditation classes help you understand which poses to avoid, and those that are beneficial throughout each trimester of pregnancy. Additionally, there are so many hormonal and life changes that occur during this time that adding specific meditation & breathing techniques will help calm your body and mind.
Review: After attending classes here with friends a few years ago (and loving them), I reached out to Trudee when I was pregnant with my daughter last year. I was missing my hot yoga practice, and was having a challenging time staying calm/fit/centered. Trudee worked with me once or twice a week for months – the room was comfortably warm (which I requested), and the private sessions were customized to each stage of my pregnancy, the changing aches and pains, and the emotional needs of each week. Trudee mixed yoga flow, pilates, massage, and meditation together with creativity, kindness and an open mind. It was a fabulous experience!
