The busy season is almost here and we’re bringing back our ~Mindful Flow Yoga~ class starting in December!
🙏 Class Description:
Give yourself the gift of mindful body awareness in this class rooted in the ancient yoga teachings. Each class begins with breath work (pranayama), then moves mindfully into sun salutations, followed by gentle movements and restorative postures. Moving body with breath will activate your own inner source of energy. Ending in meditation, this class encourages personal growth and transformation. Modifications and adjustments are offered to bring new levels of awareness and discovery. To increase flexibility, the room is warm.
