More NFL teams and individual players are using yoga to help prevent and recover from injuries. San Franciso 49ers Tony Parrish is a regular yoga practitioner. In a game against the Bears he broke his left ankle and fibula and used yoga to help him regain trust in the injured leg.
Yoga is for everyone.
