Yoga For Bikers/Hikers/Runners/Golfers, etc.: Do you love to Bike, Hike, Run, Golf, Bikeryogaetc.? But your hips get tight, your legs ache and your back hurts? This Class WILL enhance your performance. A regular yoga practice is proven to increase strength, balance, endurance, Focus and repair worn muscles. This series of poses will focus on areas of the body specific to athletes and active people and is appropriate for all levels. In order to increase muscle expansion and softening, this class is practiced in a warm room.
