This spring and summer we are going to focus on core strengthening at the the studio. Joie is teaching a ‘Core Challenge’ Yoga.core.posesclass @ 11-noon, 5 Saturdays in a row, starting on April 18. Sunday mornings, starting in May, we will be offering a new class focusing on core; details to come. In preparation for the challenge, we will blog on what core strength is all about. The following is an excellent article written by the Canyon Ranch Reviewer:
