New Schedule Starting December 14, 2014


As the days grow shorter and another year comes to an end we invite you to explore

the time tested, oldest form of fitness: YOGA.

A consistent practice will multiply the benefits of this ancient practice.

We are adding 3 Après Ski classes and have changed some of the class times

to accommodate your busy winter schedule.
