When scheduling yoga classes, appealing to the masses can be difficult.
Our Thursday morning Bikram 60 class has been limping along for quite some time; I am not sure why.
My response to that is:
“I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don’t know the answer” -Douglas Adams.
So, starting Thursday October 2, 2014, Trudee will be teaching her Warm Vinyasa Flow class from 9-10:15 am.
This is a great class for those who are recovering from injuries, are stiff & not flexible, or need to build total body strength.
Warm Vinyasa Flow (85-90 Degrees) every Tuesday & Thursday @ 9 am.
