Gotta work in the morning? No time for yoga? We have the class for you!

Practice, then shower before work.

Hot 60: Appropriate for all levels. Same principles and poses as the regular 90 minute Bikram Yoga, with a shorter standing series and some poses held for one set. He will, also, combine some flow of poses throughout similar to Vinyasa Yoga. The room is heated between 95 to 105 degrees. This class is 60 minutes and is a great way to fit your yoga in first thing in the morning.
