Are you thinking about a good New Year Resolution? This one sounds good! I think I will try this for the coming year:
Write a description of all aspects of your life as you optimally want them to be, now and in the future. For example, I wake up every morning looking forward to the exciting challenges of my work and I am living in a house filled with sunshine and beautiful views. Read them every night before you go to sleep and every morning when you wake up. Think carefully about what you write, because every affirmation will transpire in one form or another.
