A combination of exercise that involves yoga, swimming and weight training will give you the best results. Learn to target muscles that are tight and painful with careful stretches.   1. The Westgate @ the Canyons is a great place to get all three. I go to yoga, lift weights after, then go to the pool and swim. Of course, after all of this I like to soak in the hot tub, then shower at the Serenity Spa. This is the best deal in town!
